DISCIPLINE SEASON 2016 -2017

 

28th April 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Aidan O'Brien suspended William Goodge of Ampthill & District for 1 week  for accummulating three yellow foul play cards. He is free to play on 1st May 2017 and must pay £80 expenses.

18th April 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Sir James Dingemans suspended Alistair Murray of Preston Grasshoppers for 2 weeks for accummulating three yellow foul play cards. He is free to play on 2nd May 2017 and must pay £80 expenses.

4th April 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Michael Short dealt with the case of Daniel Collins of Bury St Edmunds who was charged with tripping an opponent in their match with Cinderford on 1st April 2017 . The panel's view was that it was clear from the video   that this was an unfortunate case of mistaken identity and that the player had committed no act of foul play. Therefore, the panel’s decision is to remove the red card from the player’s record and he is free to play.

27th March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Gareth Graham dealt with the case of Jacob Child of Barnstaple who was charged with striking an opponent in their match with Bury St Edmunds on 25th March 2017 . The player was suspended for 2 weeks, is free to play on 11th March and must pay expenses of £200

14th  March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Julian Morris dismissed the appeal by  Enzo Comin of Bury St Edmunds against the sentence passed on 13th February.

14th March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Julian Morris dealt with the following cases arising from games on 11th March 2017
 

  • Rob Baldwin of Wharfedale was suspended for 2 weeks for accumulating 3 foul play yellow cards. The player is free to play on 4th April and must pay £80 expenses
  • Thomas Larder of Harrogate was sent off for having been given two yellow cards in their match against Sedgley Park.   The panel decided that the sending off was sufficient. The player is free to play but must pay £80 expenses
 

7th March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Gareth Graham dealt with the following cases arising from games on 4th March 2017

  • Matthew Gidlow of Redruth was suspended for 5 weeks for a dangerous tackle in their match against Canterbury. The player is free to play on 18th April and must pay £200 expenses
  • Oliver Mason of Barnstaple was suspended for 1 week for stamping in their match against Barnes.   The player is free to play on 14th March and must pay £200 expenses

 

7th March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Julian Morris dealt with the following cases arising from games on 4th March 2017

  • Sam Sterling of Bury St Edmunds was suspended for 2 weeks for striking in their match against Exmouth. The player is free to play on 26th March and must pay £80 expenses
  • Andrew Evans of London Irish Wild Geese was suspended for 3 weeks for stamping in their match against Bishops Stortford.   The player is free to play on 2nd April and must pay £200 expenses
  • Scott Moore of London Irish Wild Geese was sent off for receiving two yellow cards  in their match with Bishops Stortford. The panel decided that one of the yellow cards should be revoked and the red card expurged from the player's record

 

1st March 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Philip Evans dealt with the case of David Butler of Barnes who was charged with kicking an opponent in their match with Henley on 25th February 2017 . The player was suspended for 2 weeks, is free to play on 13th March and must pay expenses of £80

21st February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by William Harbage dealt with the following cases arising from games on 18th February 2017

  • Luke Coltman of Hinckley was suspended for 1 week for a dangerous tackle in their match against Scunthorpe. The player is free to play on 7th March and must pay £80 expenses
  • Joshua McLaurin of South Leaicester was suspended for 1 week for receiving two yellow cards in their match against Preston Grasshoppers.   The player is free to play on 7th March and must pay £80 expenses
  • Scott Jordan of Wharfedale was sent off for receiving two technical yellow cards  in their match with Leicester Lions. The panel decided that sending off was sufficient. The player  must pay expenses of £80
 

16th February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by William Harbage dealt with the case of Daniel Smith of Luctonians who was charged with trampling in their match with Chester on 11th February 2017 . The player was suspended for 1 week, is free to play on 21st February and must pay expenses of £80

13th February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Richard Whittam dealt with the following cases

  • David Fairbrother of Fylde was cited by Plymouth Albion for a dangerous tackle in their match on 28th January. The citing was upheld and the player was suspended for 4 weeks, is free to play on 14th March and must pay £200 expenses
  • Enzo Comin of Bury St Edmunds  was cited by London Irish Wild Geese for striking with his head in their match on 21st January. The citing was upheld, the player was suspended for 8 weeks, is free to play on 2nd May and must pay £200 expenses
  • Nicholas Murphy of Stourbridge was found guilty of playing an opponent without the ball in their match with Sale FC on 4th February. He was suspended for 3 weeks, is free to play on 7th March and must pay expenses of £80

 

8th February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Samathana Hallas dealt with the case of Robbie Martey of Barnes who was charged with making a dangerous tackle in their match with Chinnor on 4th February 2017 . The player was suspended for 1 week, is free to play on 14th February and must pay expenses of £80

6th February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Euan Ambrose dealt with the following cases

  • Alexander Giltrow of Clifton was charged with punching or striking in their match against Bishops Stortford on 28th January. The player was suspended for 2 weeks, is free to play on 14th February and must pay £80 expenses
  • Nyle Davidson of Macclesfield was charged with dangerous charging in a ruck/maul in their match against Blaydon on 21st January. The player was suspended for 1 week, is free to play on 31st January and must pay £80 expenses
 

1st February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Daniel White dealt with the case of Philip Mills of Preston Grasshoppers who was charged with match official abuse in their match with Scunthorpe on 21st January . The player was suspended for 4 weeks, is free to play on 21st  February and must pay expenses of £80

1st February 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Philip Evans dealt with the case of Alan Awcock of Henley who was charged with punching or striking in their match with Bury St Edmunds on 28th January.The player was suspended for 6 weeks, is free to play on 14th March and must pay expenses of £80

31st January 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Philip Evans dealt with the case of Thomas McCrone of Bishops Stortford who had received three foul play yellow cards.The player was suspended for 1 week, is free to play on 7th February 2017 and must pay expenses of £80

27th January 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Aiden O'Brien dealt with the following cases

  • Benjamin Turner of Bury St Edmunds was suspended for 2 matches for having three foul play yellow cards. He can return to play on 7th February 2017. The player or club must pay expenses of £80
  • Michael Bunn of London Irish Wild Geese was suspended for 2 weeks for striking an opponent  in their match with Bury St Edmunds on 21st January 2017. He is free to play on 7th February 2017 and he or the club must pay expenses of £80
 

25th January 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Richard Whittam ruled on the dismissal of Geoffrey Griffiths of Blackheath for striking in their match against Hull Ionians on 21st January 2017. With the benefit of video and still photographs, the panel decided that no act of foul play had been committed and the red card should be rescinded and removed from the player's record

17th January 2017  A RFU panel chaired by Richard Snowden dealt with the following cases from matches on 14th January 2017

  • Richard Thorpe of Chinnor received a red card for stamping or trampling in their match against Barnstaple. The panel decided that the contact was entirely accidental and did not constitute foul play. As such the red card should be rescinded and removed from the players record
  • Palepoi Nonu of Redruth was suspended for 3 weeks for a dangerous tackle in their game against Redingensians. He is free to play on 6th February 2017 and he or the club must pay costs of £200
  • Aston Bevans-Royston was suspended for 3 weeks for a strike with the head in their game against Bishops Stortford. He is free to play on 6th February 2017 and he or the club must pay costs of £200
  • Gregor Gillander of Blackheath received a red card for punching in their match against Coventry. The panel decided that the player's action did not constitute foul play. As such the red card should be rescinded and removed from his record

 

21st December 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Daniel White dealt with the following dismissals in matches played on 17th December 2017

  • Daniel Johnson of Scunthorpe was sent off for receiving 2 yellow cards in their match against Sheffield Tigers. The panel ruled that the sending off was sufficient. The club or player have to pay expenses of £80
  • Joseph Kelly of Sale was suspended for 3 weeks for striking an opponent with his elbow in their match with Hinckley. He is free to play on 24th January 2017 and he or the club must pay expenses of £80

 

14th December 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Mike Hamlin dealt with the following dismissals in matches played on 10th December 2017

  • Matthew Van Sertima of Macclesfield was suspended for 4 weeks for dangerous tackling in their match against Hartpury College. He is free to play on 6th February 2017 and he or the club must pay expenses of £80
  • Mark Goodman of Sedgley Park was sent off for a punch or strike in their match againsts Chester. The panel decided that the sending off was sufficient and the player is free to play. He or the club are required to pay expenses of £200

 

7th December 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Mike Hamlin suspended William Robinson of Scunthorpe for 36 weeks for punching in their match against Tynedale on 12th November 2016. He can return to play on 19th November 2017 and he or the club must pay expenses of £200.

6th December 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Richard Whittam dealt with following cases

  • Devon Constant of Leicester Lions was suspended for 3 matches for having three foul play yellow cards. He can return to play on 10th January 2017. The player or club must pay expenses of £80
  • David Barnes of Chinnor was suspended for two weeks for kicking in their match against Worthing on 3rd December. He can return to play on 20th December 2016. The player or club must pay expenses of £80
  • The citing by London Irish Wild Geese against Finlay Coxton-Smith  of Worthing for a dagerous tackle in their game on 12th November 2016 was upheld. The player was suspended for 5 weeks and is free to play on 23rd January 2017. He or his club must pay expenses of £200

 

30th November 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Sir Peter Fraser dealt with two cases from games on 26th November

  • Rupert Cooper of Plymouth Albion was suspended  for 4 weeks for a dagerous tackle in their match against Macclesfield and can resume playing on 9th January 2017
  • George Morris of London Irish Wild Geese was suspened for 3 weeks for punching in their match against Barnstaple and can return to play on 19th December 2016
  • both players or their clubs are required to pay £200 expenses
 

23rd November 2016   A RFU panel chaired by Sean Enright ruled on the sending off of Joshua Redfern of Macclesfield for receiving two technical yellow cards in their match against Birmingham Moseley on 19th November. Their decision was that the sending off was sufficient. The player or his club were required to pay expenses of £80.

23rd November 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Antony Davies considered the sending off for striking by Christopher Walker of Blackheath and James Penman of Darlington Mowden Park in their match on 12th November 2016. Both players were suspended for 3 weeks and are free to play on 6th December 2016. Each player or his club is required to pay £200 expenses.

9th November 2016 A RFU panel chaired by Sir James Dingemans considered the sending off of Jordan Petherbridge of Barnstaple for receiving two yellow cards in their match against Narnes on 5th November 2017.   The panel decide that the sending off was sufficient. The player or his club are required to pay expenses of £80.

30thOctober 2016 A RFU panel considered a citing  for foul play brought by Coventry against Paul Arnold of Fylde for illegal use of a knee in their match on 15th October. The player accepted the charge and the panel banned him for 2 weeks. He is free to play on 7th November 2016. Fylde or the player are required to pay costs of £80. 

26thOctober 2016 A RFU panel chaired by Sir James Dingemans considered a citing by Bishops Stortford of Royce Cadman of Canterbury for an alleged act contrary to good sportsmanship in their match on 1st October    The panel upheld the citing and banned the player for 5 weeks. He can return to play on 30th November 2016. The player or his club are required to pay expenses of £200.

26thOctober 2016 A RFU panel chaired by Sir James Dingemans considered an appeal by Sam Winter of Bishops Strortford against his 8 weeks suspension arising from a citing for foul play in their match against Old Elthamians on 24th September.  The panel dismissed the appeal and ruled that the £200 lodged by the club for the appeal should not be returned.

20thOctober 2016  A RFU panel chaired by Philip Evans considered a charge of conduct prejudicial to the game brought against Luke Beales of Bury St Edmunds arising from an incident at a club training session on 17th September 2016. The player was found guilty and was banned for 52 weeks from any involvement with rugby other than spectating. The ban will run until 29th September 2017. The player is required to pay costs of £200.

20thOctober 2016 A hearing chaired by Philip Evans considered the sending off for dissent by Jack Oulton of Redruth in their match against Bury St Edmund on 15th October. The panel found the charge proven but considered that the sending off was sufficient. The player is free to play immediately and he or the club must pay expenses of £80.

25thOctober 2016 A hearing chaired by Aiden O'Brien considered the sending off for punching by Alex Grove of Birmingham Moseley  in their match against Old Albanian on 22nd October. Having reviewed the video evidence and players' statements, the panel concluded that, on the balance of probabilities, no punch was thrown and the charge was declared non proven. The player can resume playing immediately and no costs are payable.

11thOctober 2016 A hearing chaired by Julian Morris considered a citing  for foul play brought by Old Elthamians against Sam Winter of Bishop Strortford for an incident in their match on 24th September. The panel upheld the citing and the player was banned for 8 weeks and is free to play on 5th December 2016. Bishop Stortford or the player are required to pay costs of £200. 

11thOctober 2016  At a hearing chaired by Antony Davies, Ratu Vakalutukali of Taunton was banned for 5 weeks for a dangerous lifting tackle in their match with Old Elthamians on 8th October 2016. He is free to play on 13th November 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

5th October 2016  At a hearing chaired by Aiden O'Brien, Maama Molitaka of Ampthill & District pleaded not guilty to a charge of dangerous tackling in their match with Birmingham Moseley on 1st October 2016. The Panel reviewed the footage in detail and determined that the referee’s decision to award a red card was wrong and the red card should be expunged from the player’s record.  The player is free to play with immediate effect

5th October 2016  At a hearing chaired by Aiden O'Brien, Drew Rudkin of Leicester Lions was banned for 3 weeks failing to respect the authority of the referee in their match with Stourbridge on 1st October 2016. He is free to play on 26th October 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

30thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by Antony Davies, Frank Wragg of Sheffield Tigers was banned for 3 weeks for a striking in their match with Leicester Lions on 24th September 2016. He is free to play on 18thOctober 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80

29thSeptember 2016  Following a review by the RFU Judicial Officer, Emyr Williams of Bury St Edmunds was banned for 1 week for a striking in their match with Taunton on 24th September 2016. He is free to play on 4th October 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200

22thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by Gareth Graham, Jonathan Cousins of Tynedale was banned for 12 weeks for a stamping in their match with Sale FC on 17th September 2016. He is free to play on 13th December 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

14thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by Benike Erinle, Alistair Johnstone  of Barnes was banned for 3 weeks for a tip tackle  in their match with Worthing on 10th September 2016. He is free to play on 3rd October 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

14thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by Daniel White, Thomas Jubb  of Coventry was banned for 2 weeks for tackling an opponent in the air in their match with Birmingham Moseley on 10th September 2016. He is free to play on 27th September 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

14thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by John Brennan,  Alexander Salt of Hinckley was banned for 2 weeks for striking with his head in their match with Sale FC on 10th September 2016. He is free to play on 27th September 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

14thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by John Brennan, George Hedgley  of Wharfedale was banned for 4 weeks for striking an opponent in their match with Otley on 10th September 2016. He is free to play on 9th October 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

14thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by John Brennan, Tipiloma Kivalu  of Otley was banned for 4 weeks for striking an opponent in their match with Wharfedale on 10th September 2016. He is free to play on 9th October 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

8thSeptember 2016  At a hearing chaired by Julian Morris, Aaron Liffcheck  of Old Elthamians was banned for 1 week for striking an opponent  in their match with Barnstaple on 3rd September 2016. He is free to play on 13th September 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

11thJuly 2016  At a hearing chaired by Samantha Hillas, Ciran Connolly of Sale FC was banned for 26 weeks for striking an opponent with a knee in their match with Sedgley Park on 2nd April 2016. He is free to play on 13thJune 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £200.

16thMay 2016     At a hearing chaired by Benike Erine, two players from O Elthamians received bans as follows

  • Gethin Davies was banned for 2 weeks for being sent off against Taunton. He is free to play on 30thAugust 2016
  • Thomas White was banned for 2 weeks for accumulating 3 foul play yellow cards in the season. He is free to play on 13thJune 2016
Both players or the club must pay costs of £80.

11thMay 2016    At a hearing chaired by Gareth Graham, Curtis Langdon of Henley was banned for 1 week for accumulating 3 y foul play yellow cards in the season. He is free to play on 7thJune 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

21st April 2016  Alec Chase of Taunton was suspended for two weeks for striking an opponent with his knee during their match with Worthing on 16th April. He is free to play on 3rd May 2016 and he or the club must meet costs of £80.

15th April 2016  

Jonathan Phipps of Chinnor was banned for 1 week for striking an opponent in their match with Barnes on 9th April. He is free to play on 19th April and the player or club must pay costs of £80

Robert Norbury of Sandal was banned for 1 week for having had 3 foul play yellow cards in the season. He is free to play on 19th April and the player or club must pay costs of £80
 

12th April 2016      A hearing chaired by Christopher Quinlan ruled on a citing brought by Blackheath against Satereki Ratumakita of Plymouth Albion for a dangeroues tackle and striking with a foot during their match on 19th March. The player was banned for 6 weeks until 15th May 2016 and he or his club must pay costs of £200.

11th April 2016     A hearing chaired by Gareth Graham suspended Ronnie McLean-Dents of Richmond for 1 weeks for having three yellow cards in the season. The player is free to play on 12th April 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.   

8th April 2016       A hearing chaired by Philip Evans banned Marcus Bloomberg of Southend for 2 weeks for striking with his knee in their match against Dorking on 2nd April. He is free to play on 19th April 2016 and he or his club must pay costs of £200

5th April 2016       A panel chaired by Ian Unsworth heard an appeal by Lewis Bradley against the sentence imposed for his sending off against Luctonians. The panel upheld the appeal and reduced the ban to two weeks. Lewis is free to play on 10th April 2016.

5th April 2016        A hearing chaired by Samantha Hillas suspended Peter Altham of Preston Grasshoppers for 1 week for punching during their match with Harrogate on 2nd April. He is free to play on 10th April 2016 and he or the club must pay costs of £80.

29th March 2016   A hearing chaired by Antony Davies suspended Lewis Bradley of Huddersfield for 3 weeks for striking an opponent in their match against Luctonians. He is free to play on 17th April 2016. Club/player are required to pay costs of £200. See above.

22nd March 2016   A hearing chaired by Ian Unsworth ruled on the following cases:-

  • Thomas Larder of Harrogate was suspended for 3 weeks for stamping in their match against Caldy on 19th March. He can resume playing on 17th April 2016. Costs of £200 are payable by the club/player
  • John Kelly of Luctonians was suspended for 1 week for accummulating three foul play yellow cards in the season and is free to play from 29th March. Costs of £80 are payable by the club/player.

 

16th March 2016     At a hearing chaired by Antony Davies, Joseph Kelly of Sale FC was suspended for 2 weeks for receiving three foul play yellow cards in a season. He can resume playing on 3rd April. Costs of £80 are payable by the clun/player.

9th March 2016      Two players from Southend received bans from a RFU disciplinary hearing chaired by Sean Enright.

  • Alan Barker received a one week ban after being sent off for striking an opponent in the match against Cornish All Blacks on 5th March. He can resume playing on 21st March 2016. Costs of £80 are payable by the club/player.
  • Aston Bevans-Royston received a one week ban for having 3 foul play yellow cards in the season. He can resume playing on 21st March 2016. Costs of £200 are payable by the club/player.

 

3rd March 2016     A RFU disciplinary hearing chaired by Mike Hamlin  ruled on two players sent off for striking an opponent during the match between Blaydon and Henley Hawks on 27th February

  • William Witty from Blaydon was suspended for 3 weeks and cannot play until 2oth March 2015
  • Julian Watkins from Henley Hawks was suspended for 4 weeks. The ban will commenced after he is certified fit to play under the head concussion protocol and will exclude 26th March when Henley Hawks do not have a fixture
  • Both clubs/players were ordered to pay costs of £200.

 

23rd February 2016

At a RFU disciplinary hearing chaired by Dr Julian Morris

  • Marc Koteczky of Plymouth Albion was given a 1 week suspension for striking an opponent in their match with Henley and is banned from playing until 5th March 2016
  • Michael Ayrton of Cambridge was given a 1 week suspension for striking an opponent in their match with Clifton and is banned from playing until 29th February 2016
  • Kris Chesney of Southend was given a 3 week suspension for receiving 3 yellow cards this season and is banned until 14th March 2016
  • The players and/or theirs club were each ordered to pay costs of £80.00.
 

At a hearing chaired by Antony Davies, Tom Harvey of Harrogate was banned for 3 weeks for stamping on an opponent in their  match against Chester. He is free to play on 7th March. The player/club are required to meet costs of £80.

16th February 2016     Reece Tomlinson of Preston Grasshoppers was suspended for 2 weeks after having had 3 yellow cards in the season. He is free to resume playing on 1st March. Costs of £80 are payable by the player/club,

9th February 2016      William Moss of Henley was sent off for two yellow cards against Hartpury College. The panel decided that sending off was sufficient.

4th February 2016      Rhys Hayes of Chester was banned for 3 weeks for striking an opponent in their match against Luctonians. He appealed against the decision and, at a sunsequent hearing, his appeal was upheld and the ban was quashed.

3rd February 2016       Karl Braband of  Amptill & District was suspended for 1 week for a dangerous tackle on an opponent during the course of their game on 30th January against Blackheath.  He can resume playing on the 9th February.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £80.00

2nd February 2016     Austen Thompson of Huddersfield was suspended for 2 weeks  after receiving 3 yellow cards during the course  of the season.   He can resume playing on the 16th February.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £80.00.

2nd February 2016     Josh Burridge of Wharfedale was suspended for 3 weeks  for stamping on an opponent during the course  of the match with Darlington Mowden Park.  

2nd February 2016      Nicholas Sharpe of Huddersfield was suspended for 12 weeks until 17th April  for verbally abusing the match official after the game between Sandal and Huddersfield on 23rd January 2016.   The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £200.00

26th January 2016     James Tripconey of Launceston was suspended for 1 week for stamping on an opponent during the course of their game on 23rd January against Clifton.  He can resume playing on the 1st February.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £80.00

26th January 2016     Rob Baldwin of Wharfedale was suspended for 2 weeks  after receiving 3 yellow cards during the course  of the season. This was not the first occasion he has been disciplined for this offence.   He can resume playing on the 7th February.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £50.00
 


26th January 2016    Ben Gulliver of Ampthill & District was suspended for 1 week for stamping on an opponent during the course of their game on 23rd January against Darlington Mowden Park.  He can resume playing on the 1st February.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £80.00.

26th January 2016   Alaistair Thomson of Hull Ionians was suspended for 1 week for for striking an opponent during the match with Fylde.

20th January 2016   Courtney Roberts of Broadstreet was suspended for 12 weeks after having been cited for striking an opponent during the match with Harrogate.

14th January 2016    Benjamin Black  of Tynedale was suspended for 2 weeks  for punching an opponent during the course of their game on 9th January against  Sedgley Park .  He can resume playing on the 26th January.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £200.00

14th January 2016    Alistair Murray of Tynedale  was suspended for 1 week  for punching an opponent during the course of their game on 9th January  against  Sedgley Park .  He can resume playing on the 19th January.  The player and or his club were ordered to  pay costs of £80.00

12th January  2016   Darren Lloyd, the coach of Clifton, was suspended until 12th February  for verbally abusing the match referee after the game between Clifton and Old Elthamians on 9th January. 14th December 2015   Jamie Guttridge of Redingensians was suspended for 3 weeks for stamping on  an opponent during the course of their game on the 7th November against Bishops Stortford.   He can resume playing on the 4th January 2016.   The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £200.00

5th December 2015       Tom Hall of Henley Hawks was suspended for 1 week  after receiving  2 yellow cards during the course of their match on t5th December 2015 against Esher.  He can resume playing on the  15th December 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00

1st December 2015       Adam Frampton of Rosslyn Park was suspended for 1 week after having been cited for striking an opponent in their match against Esher.

24th November 2015      Sean Nixon of Canterbury was suspended for 1 week for stamping on an opponent during the course of their match against Dorking on 21st November 2015.  He can resume playing on the 29th November 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00

11th November 2015       Mark Goodman of Fylde was suspended for 1 week for punching an opponent during the course of their game on the 7th November against Blaydon.   He can resume playing on the  17th November 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to  costs of £80.00.

11th November 2015      Sebastian Freydell of Luctonians was suspended for 2 weeks for striking an opponent with his head  during the course of their game on the 24th November against Redruth.   He can resume playing on the 24th November 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to  costs of £80.00.

11th November 2015    Neil Wakefield of Cambridge was sent off for striking in the game against Clifton. The panel dismissed the charge 

27th October 2015        Darren Dean of Leicester Lions was suspended for 4 weeks for stamping on an opponent during the course of their game on the 24th October 2015 against Sedgley Park.   He can resume playing on the 23rd November 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00

20th October 2015      Wayne Evans of Coventry received 2 yellow cards for obstructing opposition players during the  course of their match against Fylde on the 17th October 2015.     He was suspended for 1  week and can play again on the 27th October.    The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

17th October 2015     Alfie  Tooala of Clifton was suspended for 3 weeks after punching an opponent with during the course of the match on the 17th October against Southend.   The player will be free to play again on the 10th November. The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £200.00

13th October 2015      Adam Tamanis of Huddersfield admitted his guilt to striking an opponent in their match against Harrogate on the 10th October 2015 and was suspended for 1 week.     The player will be free to play again on the 18th October.    The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

6th October 2015        James Scorgie of Barnes was suspended for 3 weeks for a tip tackle on an opponent during the course of their match on the 3rd October 2015 against Barnes.  The player will be free to  play again on the 27th October.  The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00

25th September 2015  James Purcell of Huddersfield was suspended for 4 weeks after punching an opponent during  the match on the 26th September against Luctonians.  The player will be free to again on the 26th October. The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

24th September 2015  Brad Talbot of Luctonians was suspended for 2 weeks for striking an opponent with his forearm during the course of the match on the 19th September against Luctonians.  The player will be free to play again on the 6th October. The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

24th September 2015  Bruno Bravo of Darlington Mowden Park was suspended for 1 week for receiving two yellow cards during the course of the match on the 19th September against Rosslyn Park. The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

15th September 2015  Simon Borrill of Wharfedale was suspended for 1 week for a reckless tackle on an opponent during the course of their match on the 8th September against  Newcastle University.The player will be free to play again on the 16th September. The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00.

14th September 2015  Joseph Robinson of Fylde  was suspended for 2 weeks  for striking an opponent with his head during the course their match on the 12th September 2015 against Hartpury College.    The player will be free to play again on 29th September 2015.   The player and or his club were ordered to pay costs of £80.00

8th September 2015   Blair Hutchinson of Loughborough Students was sent off for having two yellow cards during the match with Fylde. The panel ruled that the sending off was sufficient.

8th September 2015   Gareth Rawlings of Fylde was suspended for 7 weeks for stamping during the match with Loughborough Students.

8th September 2015   Oscar Heath of Chinnor was suspended for 1 week for a dangerous tackle on an opponent during the course of their match on the 28th August 2015 against Rosslyn Park.   Oscar Heath was himself injured as a result of this tackle and the suspension will not start until he is fit to play.  The player and or his club were ordered to pay cost of £200.00

8th September 2015   Philip  Eggleshaw of Hull Ionians was suspended for 1 week for a late tackle on an opponent during  the course of their match against Hartpury College on the 5th September 2015.   The player will be free to play again on 13th September 2015.
