Chairmans notes 2014/15

29.09.14 Josh Innes of Lydney flying against Henley

27.11.10 Lydney Prop Ollie Day on a charge againsrt Worthing

Congratulations to Ealing Trailfinders on winning National One despite being pushed all the way by Rosslyn Park, we wish them every good fortune on their swift return to the Championship.

After many years in the Championship Plymouth return to Nat 1.

Hull Ionians in Nat 2 North, Henly in Nat 2 South are promoted to Nat 1 as Champions, together with Ampthill who won a hard fought play off against Bishops Stortford.

Commiserations to Macclesfield, Tynedale and Old Albanian who are relegated to Nat 2 N&S, also to Birmingham Solihull,  Hull, Stockport, Lydney, Shelford and Dings Crusaders, who all drop to level five. Good luck to you all and I hope to see you with us again soon.

To Bury St Edmunds, Redingensians, Sale, South Leicester, Barnes and Sandal congratulations on winning your respective level 5 leagues and playoffs, I hope you enjoy the National leagues.

Many thanks for the hospitality to all the clubs I have visited this season.

Have an enjoyable summer.

Norman Robertson
